Our Pastoral Care ministry brings kindness, care, or simply a presence to those in need or joy.

Pastoral Counseling

Clergy are always available for brief counseling for those in need, and to assist with referrals to other resources. The Sacrament of individual reconciliation is also available to all.

Sacramental Counseling

Sacramental Counseling for baptism, marriage and burial are also available. Please contact the clergy or the church office for more information. You can also find more information on our Christian Formation page.

Prayer Chain

This is a quiet ministry, but one that is a core of our church. It provides quick and continual prayer as prayer requests are passed among the Prayer Chain members, with each member praying in their own time, place and way. If you have a prayer request, please call the church office.

Lay Eucharistic Visitors - Eucharist for the homebound

The Lay Eucharistic visitors bring Holy Communion to those who cannot attend our regular services because of illness, disability, or other hindrance. If you are unable to attend our regular services and you wish to have communion to be brought to you, please contact the church office.

Hospital and Nursing Home Visits

Provides pastoral support with companionship and Holy Communion.

Share and Care

Provides food on a short-term basis for people in need. We also collect food, such as casseroles and soups to be kept on hand until needed.
