Our Pastoral Care ministry brings kindness, care, or simply a presence to those in need or joy.
Pastoral CounselingClergy are always available for brief counseling for those in need, and to assist with referrals to other resources. The Sacrament of individual reconciliation is also available to all. Sacramental CounselingSacramental Counseling for baptism, marriage and burial are also available. Prayer ChainThis is a quiet ministry, but one that is a core of our church. It provides quick and continual prayer as prayer requests are passed among the Prayer Chain members, with each member praying in their own time, place and way. If you have a prayer request, please call the church office. Lay Eucharistic Visitors - Eucharist for the homeboundThe Lay Eucharistic visitors bring Holy Communion to those who cannot attend our regular services because of illness, disability, or other hindrance. If you are unable to attend our regular services and you wish to have communion to be brought to you, please contact the church office. Hospital and Nursing Home VisitsProvides pastoral support with companionship and Holy Communion. Share and CareProvides food on a short-term basis for people in need.
