Pastoral Care Ministries

Pastoral Care provides care and support for parishioners in need - in times of illness, bereavement, personal difficulties or other troubles.

Pastoral Counseling

Clergy are always available for counseling those in need.

Prayer Chain

This is a quiet ministry, but one that is a core of our church. It provides quick and continual prayer as prayer requests are passed among the Prayer Chain members, with each member praying in their own time, place and way. If you have a prayer request, please call the church office.

Lay Eucharistic Visitors - Eucharist for "Shut-Ins"

The Lay Eucharistic visitors bring Holy Communion to those who cannot attend our regular services because of illness, disability, or other hindrance. If you are unable to attend our regular services and you wish to have communion to be brought to you, please contact the church office.

Hospital and Nursing Home Visits

Visits and simple worship services are available for those unable to attend regular services.

Share and Care

Provides food or transportation on a short-term basis for people in need. We also collect food, such as casseroles and soups to be kept on hand until needed.

 Parish Nursing

Parish nursing is provided on the third Sunday of every month following both Sunday services.  Health counseling, blood pressure and blood sugar testing are available.
